1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the idn178 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. idn178 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law is not permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the idn178 platform complies with the laws of your location.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one idn178 account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a Prohibited Activity and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances arising from the violation.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period you have previously requested through the idn178 Responsible Gaming tools.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP): You confirm that you are not a government official, state-owned enterprise officer, or other politically exposed person where applicable regulations restrict gaming participation.

3 Account Registration & Verification

When registering an idn178 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
• KYC Verification: idn178 reserves the right to request identity documents (government-issued national ID — KTP, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement), and in some cases source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by our compliance team may result in account suspension.
• Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any third party. idn178 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify idn178 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Account Ownership: Your idn178 account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any balances held within it to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the idn178 platform are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). No currency conversion or foreign exchange fees are applied by idn178.

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and Member account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your idn178 wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Typical processing times vary by payment method but are generally near-instant for e-wallet transfers.
• idn178 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account must match the name on your idn178 account. Deposits made from mismatched accounts may be held pending verification and returned to the originating account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed by the idn178 cashier team as a priority. The majority of withdrawals are completed within the same session during normal operating hours.
• Before processing a first withdrawal, Members must complete KYC verification as described in Clause 3. Subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds may trigger additional verification checks.
• idn178 will only process withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the idn178 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 5 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• idn178 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal if our security team requires additional time to verify the legitimacy of the transaction. The Member will be notified promptly if this occurs.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

idn178 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any promotion-specific terms published at the time of each offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement ("rollover") will be stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the idn178 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (slots, live casino, sportsbook, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), etc.) will be specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not met within the period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: By default, Members may hold only one active bonus at a time, unless the promotion terms explicitly permit the stacking of multiple bonuses.
• Abuse and Fraud: idn178 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found to be exploiting promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play may have bonus balances voided and withdrawal privileges suspended pending review.
• No Retroactive Changes: idn178 will not alter the terms of a bonus retroactively after a Member has opted in to a promotion in good faith and has begun wagering under those terms.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idn178 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one idn178 account, either personally or through a proxy.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an idn178 account.
• Money Laundering: Using the idn178 platform for the purpose of laundering proceeds of crime or any other financial crime.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multiplayer game in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• System Exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or errors in the idn178 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited bugs are void and must be returned.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with the idn178 platform without prior written consent from idn178 management.
• Threatening or Abusive Conduct: Engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward idn178 support staff or other Members.
• False KYC Documentation: Submitting forged, altered, or otherwise fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process.

7 Responsible Gaming

idn178 is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a means of resolving personal problems. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary account suspension (from 24 hours to 6 months) during which access to all gaming products will be restricted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent self-exclusion from the idn178 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation and are irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the idn178 platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and the idn178 brand identity — is the exclusive property of idn178 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, Spribe, and others).

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any idn178 content without prior written authorisation.
• The idn178 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Third-party game content is licensed to idn178 by the respective studios and is governed by those studios' own intellectual property terms. idn178 does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

idn178 takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. By using the idn178 platform, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
• idn178 will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
• All data is stored in encrypted form on secure servers. Access is restricted to authorised idn178 personnel on a need-to-know basis.

10 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, idn178 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from participation in games offered on the idn178 platform. Gambling involves risk, and you accept that all wagering decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or errors arising from circumstances beyond idn178's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of, or inability to use, the idn178 platform.

idn178's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Modifications to These Terms

idn178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, idn178 will:

• Update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page.
• Display a prominent notice on the idn178 platform for a period of at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Send an email notification to all registered Members where the changes are material and affect Members' rights or obligations.

Your continued use of the idn178 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to initiate account closure.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to idn178's operating jurisdiction. idn178 operates as a Licensed and Regulated International Platform.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to contact idn178 support in the first instance. The majority of account and payment disputes can be resolved promptly through our 24/7 live chat or via [email protected].
• Formal Complaints: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 14 days, either party may refer the matter to a formal dispute resolution process as specified in our platform rules.
• Language: All formal dispute communications will be conducted in English, with Indonesian-language assistance available upon request from our bilingual support team.
